walker is better than that. to make an ad criticizing a home grown wisconsin company like trek bicycle? >> i don't think so. it's a very interesting circumstance. one of the ugliest thing in politics is a politician who thought he was in good shape and sutdly finds polls are running bad for him. this attack on mary burke has a real air of desperation to it and it becomes problematic not because of the attack on burke, candidates attack their opponents, but the advertising has been so harshly focused on trek, which really is a beloved company in wisconsin, a company that employs 1,000 wisconsinites and a company that decided to push back. it isn't mary burke herself pushing back. trek itself bought a full page ad in the milwaukee sentinel saying this is really unfair. >> trek has 1,000 employees in wisconsin and over $50 million payroll in wisconsin. and went down a whole list of commitments to charity and other things and governor put himself in a position very rare for a democratic or republican governor of att

new jersey police officer, joseph walker, when they became the road rage targets of joe harvey, jr., and a friend, june 8, 2013. witnessed testified that after a minor traffic incident, harvey and a companion chased the walker family 1.3 miles, hit the mini van with a thrown beverage can, shouted racial slurs and attempted to run the family off the road. it ended here on interstate 97 just south of bwi. the offduty officer pulled over, a two on one confrontation that ended when detective walker shot and killed harvey, a 300 plus pound former bar bouncer who had been drinking and had a knife in his pocket. >> we want justice for my stepson. >> harvey's family says detective walker should have kept driving and call 911. prosecutors claim after being beer beraided, he thought he lost the attackers and he pulled over to check for damage. the defense claims evidence of blood only 7 feet from the van showed the detective walker fired only at the last possible second after showing his badge and warning the two attackers away. outside court today, supporters including the national police def
