i spoke with chris wallace and asked why this is so important now given what happened during the midterm election. >> well, because, you know, it's not like you get to make one cookie at a time when you're the president of the united states. obviously the economy, taxes, passing a budget so that the government can stay in operation, those are all important, but you do have this treaty and it becomes very important because you have to get it through the senate with 67 votes, a super majority and you're going to have six fewer democrats and six more republicans on january 1st. so you got a better chance of getting it done now. you'll need some republican votes anyway, better chance getting it done before the end of the year than after. >> the key person on this is hillary clinton and i know you have a rare interview this weekend with her. >> yeah. we'll be talking to her from lisbon. she's there for the nato summit, not only about the stark treaty, but also about afghanistan because it now turns out that for all the talk before the election about the fact the u.s. is going to begin pulling
