( robin ) breaking overnight... a 3-year-old boy was injured in a shooting in oakland. it happened around 11:00 near the intersection of 80th avenue and holly street. the boy was taken to the hospital... but there is now word on his condition. the shooter is still on the loose. <:05....drop it... drop it.> newly newly released video showing the moments before a benicia man was shot 41 times by vallejo police. police say barboa had a knife similar to a machete in his hand, and was slowly walking towards the officers with his hands up when he was gunned down. this happened after a high speed chase with barboa. police say the car he was in was the same one used in an el cerrito donut store robbery weeks before. a former neighbor of his said this has been a difficult time for barboa's family.
