a man was murdered in west baltimore. he was shot wednesday night on west garrison avenue. two masked man pushed the victim into his home and demanded money. police are hoping more witnesses will come forward. >> due to the time that this occurred, we're hopeful -- we have spoken to some individuals concerning this incident. there are more that witnessed this and will come forward. >> the victim was well-known to city police officers. his death marks the 196th side in the city this year. >> there was a fire at a south baltimore grocery store. this was on south hanover street on noon on thursday appeared the building was fully engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived on the scene. they were able to bring it under control. everyone inside was able to make it out safely. a girl remains in critical condition after an explosion in rosedale. she and two other teenagers had been stoking a fire when one of them poured gasoline on the flames. they were suffering from burns. fire officials are hoping others will avoid this potentially fatal mistake. >> if you're having a hard tim
