this is what we're watching for here, projected to dive down the west coast this weekend. by tomorrow night it's in southern california, then hitting southeastern colorado on future cast here, the first thing you see is the snow picking up in the high country. as the front crosses, we'll have a band of snow pushing through. it should come through denver probably after sunset tonight. while it doesn't last long, it might lay down a quick 1 to 3 inches of snow as it rolls through. here come the snow showers developing as the low pressure strengthens and moves our way. snow totals, this is going to be a big storm left across colorado. a lot of pink and purple on the map. eastern plains, some pockets higher. here in denver, we'll shift the totals around but right this minute i think 4 to 8 inches northeast, 8 to 14 south side across the city and higher totals a foot or more up in the foothills. impact late sunday through tuesday. could see blizzard conditions on eastern plains by monday night. this storm will be a doozie. temperatures today, we could see 70s in the southeast a

this is causing problems today for the midwest, the south and another system off on the west coast. in addition to all the snow that we've been talking about through the east coast and some places could get over two feet, significant, even winter storm warning as far south at mississippi. you talk mississippi, if it's four, five, six inches, that is a significant snowfall. south of that, that's the northern part of the state, the southern part could have tornadoes today. we have snow reports from south dakota into arkansas with this system. some places, you're more used to that snow, but it gets farther south and we are not. the severe side of this especially along the gulf coast, louisiana through about alabama, watch that very closely. it does include a risk for tornadoes through today. this is just a very potent system. then on the other side of the
