that's in west hartford. connecticut is one of the two most urban states in the nation.d a funding problem maintaining our parks systems at a level that we were comfortable with, and we required good weather for good attendance in our summer park usage. what we did this past year was shift our support of parks to automobile fees, low ones, and we've seen an explosion of local -- in-state usage of the parks where we charge for parking. by the way, it encourages people to keep their registration in your state. and it's been a home run for us, and i know quite frankly you folks in state have been building off of that effort to get more people back into those particular parks, very high usage parks. but if you had to pay a parking fee day after day if you wanted to use it, it got a little expensive. it's been by all reports a home run, and it is a steadier source of funds. so we find ourselves extending hours of operation, seasons of operation because we know that it's budgeted ahead of time, because we can predict how many people are going to register their car or change th
