list -- west virginia is a beautiful place. i am a number of the fourth generation of a family run newspaper publishing company. we are headquartered here in west virginia with newspapers magazines, and 13 states. i have an appreciation for what so many of you do as leaders and ceos of your states. it was fascinating to hear the earlier session talking about delivering results because i live in a world where we have to build a culture around customer service every day. nobody has to go to a baseball game. no one has to buy a newspaper and putting the customer first is a pretty revolutionary idea for state government and i think west virginia certainly has taken that seriously. what a great message for all of us. it is an honor to be here with really smart presenters and i'm not sure exactly how you got me on the list but i sheeted. one of the things i will but to talk about is my role at the newspaper. i service chairman of the board for the pittsburgh pirates, a very important asset for our family to take care of and steward.

out in west virginia, this whole system is headed our way. and if you're going out this evening, good news is that there is not much around, but there has been a stray shower here or there and i mean that it looks quiet and in tracking these very isolated showers coming through the district that this one is real light here, just to the east side of silver springs, just about to cross the belt way here, so we will be watching that, a little one. also the other little one, all this stuff is moving north, northeast at about 15 miles an hour. heavier showers are approaching cumberland right now towards garrett county. but the biggest activity that we'll be tracking for later, not even the ladies, as it moves in so slowly to get to fredericksburg. it might not be until 8:00 or so. and stepping out this evening it will be warm as we've got the temperatures in the 80s by 8:00, falling in to the 70s with increasing rain chances as the night wears on. as we said a yellow alert on monday, more on that coming up in a few. >> thank you, howard. >>> the v
