but basically you cannot enter on 76 westbound. an alternate around that is ridge avenue to the city avenue bridge and then 76 westbound. it's also tying things up for drivers on 76 westbound trying to get off on that first city avenue exit. an alternate for you continue west on 76 past lincoln drive to the second exit for city avenue. that will get you onto city avenue from 76 westbound and there's video of the scene. we're watching it. we hear that it should be uprighted around the 6:00 a.m. hour. we'll keep you updated as to that center city philadelphia, ben franklin parkway closures from 20th street to eakins oval. later this morning the outer lanes from 20th to eakins oval will be closed off as well. an alternate around that for inner is fairmount avenue and for outer lanes it's 76. keep in mind kelly drive, martin luther king drive, closures that are going to be going into effect later this morning. the best bet is 76. this is the live look at your speeds. about 55 miles an hour on 95 south headed into center city, philadelp

traffic in the westbound lanes of the san mateo bridge was at a standstill. officers say the big rig driver was likely traveling about 50 miles an hour when he crashed into the traffic that was moving 5 to 10 miles an hour in front of him. >> at this time, we don't have any statements from the driver. however, it appears that traffic was slowing down and he -- he collided with the vehicles at a high rate of speed, then there's a possibility he was not paying attention. >> reporter: only the driver of the big rig was sent to the hospital with minor injuries. officers have been spendth the last several hours -- spending the last several hours diverting traffic on the westbound lanes. they prevented vehicles from coming on the bridge from the east bay and now that's causing there to be a lot more traffic on 88 --en 880 since the san mateo bridge is closed. people are using 880 as an alternate route. caltrans is working to clean up the oil spill. they want to make sure the roads are not slick. they are anticipating in about 30 to 40 minutes that they will open up

the only roadway closure that we've heard of is westbound 37 at 29 and off ramp closed. we have this new video coming in right now from valejo. you can see several bricks knocked off of buildings so this is some of the preliminary damage that we are dealing with, a lot of people jolted out of their bed at 3:20 this morning feeling a very powerful jolt. some people very close to the epicenter reporting hearing a rumbling noise and this sort of rolling sensation that lasted from about 15 seconds to 30 seconds, pictures right now coming in from within the last hour valejo. you can see bricks being knocked off of buildings and we've also seen plenty of damage to some grocery stores in the area, things being knocked off of shelves and that's something that we are continuing to follow right now. that was one that we saw in american canyon and i believe we have that video for you as well some of the damage from the safeway store. windows broken as you can see there as well and power outages to report all across the north bay this morning as crews from pg& ex, the chp, bart, eve
