low seventies in far western maryland right now. key to all of this is the humidity. dew points temperatures are down. dew points are mostly in the 60's. that is a little bit on the humid side, but not terrible. even lower to the west, where the dew points are in the 50's. that is pretty dry air out there. you will begin to feel that more in the atmosphere. tomorrow will be the case for the dew points and the humidity. satellite image -- departing storm system carried a lot of rain over the ocean. this from complex over michigan, indiana, and illinois, this went through chicago and is now approaching indianapolis. that will have an effect on how this affects the rest of the afternoon. eventually, the cold front does come in and out will be tomorrow. more rain will develop ahead of the front. the front will move too slowly. first part of the weekend may be affected as well. this is a significant front. behind the front, temperatures in the 50's and 60's. ahead of the front, readings are in the 80's to near 90. that is what is charging all of that storm activity. out in
