roads are wet.have a handful of accidents. this is on i-95 southbound, an accident involving a truck. looks like a u.s. mail truck right here. you can see we've got tow truck on the scene with this, police and penndot here. this is i-95 southbound at the pennsylvania-delaware state line so as you head towards wilmington you want to stay to the right. this accident blocks the left lane. want to check on an accident that happened five hours ago. it's involving al tractor-trailer and then there's a fuel spill with it and yup looking at the latest it is still blocking this ramp in southampton this is i-95 northbound, the ramp to the walt whitman bridge. police tell us there was a fuel spill. they're trying to mop it up. they have to unload the tractor-trailer, put everything on another tractor-trailer and that's why it's taking hours upon hours. i'm seeing a little movement right here with one of the pen to the crews moving out of the way but nonetheless the ramp from i-95 northbound to the walt whitman
