tracee wilkins is live in upper marlboro with more. tracee, good morning to you. >> reporter: eun, good morning. it's not expected for jack johnson to get the maximum penalty in this case, but the prosecutor is asking the judge to send a message through johnson's sentencing saying that pay to play schemes in prince george's county are dead. we stood outside of this very home and watched as federal agents raided the johnson house and brought then county executive jack johnson in handcuffs out in november of 2010. in may johnson pled guilty to extortion and witness and evidence tampering charges. according to sentencing guidelines, he could be looking at 11 to 14 years in prison. just a few weeks ago, this video of johnson illegally accepting money was released. prosecutors say johnson collected anywhere from $400,000 to $1 million in bribes starting shortly after he entered office for county executive in 2002. he's due in court this morning at 9:30 a.m. in prince george's county at the greenbelt district courthouse. tracee wilkins live
