william la jeunesse is live for us in dallas. william? reporter: the gunmen who did kill some of those officers, he was killed last night in the parking lot you see behind me, the red brick building. he has been identified as 25-year-old micah johnson from near by, mesquite, texas. according to "l.a. times" and local cbs affiliate he was army reservist until 2015 of april. he was a member after gun club, excellent marksmen and he had previous weapons and drug charges. we know there are three other suspects in custody right now. one is a woman. two are men who were seen leafing the scene in black mercedes with a cam mow duffle bag. they were apprehend ad few miles down the road on the freeway. we don't know how many guns were used. was it four, was it three, or was it two? we know the police chief said there were at least two shooters. 60 rounds what witnesses say. likely some kind of a assault style rifle, maybe ar-15 variant. there was a lot of echoing going on and cops did not immediately know where the gunmen were when they walked into
