kyzr willis's family came together on malibu beach in dorchester and held a vigil and they said that place was his favorite spot. they have a lot of questions how he was able to wander away from a city-run day camp. his body was found in the missing and they first got the call from his 9-year-old niece. they haven't been able to see kyzr. they say his body is unrecognizable. >> how does a 7-year-old wander away from a 18-staff place. they may are too many kids. >> where was the staff at? why weren't the cameras working? they had a bunch of cameras that weren't working that day. ironically were not working that day? i don't understand that. >> reporter: fox25 investigates learned by state law there needs to be one counselor for every ten campers and the city confirmed 56 kids were taking part in the chasm at the curley community center in addition to the director, a supervisor, assistant supervisor and 25 counselors. those counselors are between the ages of 15 and 18 and in addition to that, eight lifeguards on duty in that area the beach at the time. they are also all teenagers. agai
