we are dealing with windchill.urrent windchill in the district, 31. 26 in gaithersburg. 29 in manassas. hagerstown, 21 degrees for the windchill. it is a cold night. it's going to get colder. storm 4 doppler radar, all clear. we are not talking rain here. we are talking snow. to the north, this is lake-effect snow toward pennsylvania, parts of new york. one of the first lake-effect events they have seen. i think the lake-effect snow machine might be turned on here over the next couple days. windy and chilly. it's what we saw with the strong winds. they will subside tomorrow. a mixture of sun and clouds tomorrow. it's going to stay cool, but a nice day with less wind on your thursday. friday, before another storm system makes its way to the area, nice and mild. friday is looking like a nice day. this storm will make sure it stays to the north. it leaves us dry, once again, a slight chance of a shower. that is about it. that storm system coming out of the north would usher in colder air. i don't think we are going to
