. >> i'm mike mibach and i'm claudine wong. we start with the latest twist in the battle over the rebranding of oakland's airport. late this afternoon, a judge ruling oakland must take the words san francisco bay out of its title. >> the port of oakland commission did vote in may to change the airport's name, saying at the time it would help travelers understand that oakland is actually part of the bay area. now, the city of san francisco immediately took legal action, and last week, the city attorney asked a judge to issue a temporary injunction, thereby forcing the port of oakland to remove all physical and digital material with the san francisco bay name until a final decision is made in the lawsuit. >> the oakland airport telling ktvu in a statement, quote, the court's ruling found that two of the three types of confusion alleged by sfo were without merit. the court order temporarily blocks the new name on the basis of the third type of alleged confusion that travelers may think oak is affiliated with sfo. they go on to say
