a big problem at woodhaven. both directions actually. if you look in the left-hand side of the screen, that is where the northbound side is. that's where the accident occurred. the police activity is there. if you look closely to the center median here, that's an overturned vehicle into the center. they have to get that out of the way. there's another vehicle involved here. we are squeezing by into the right-hand side of the northbound side. we have merging vehicles that came from the southbound side. here as they're trying to get to the scene, you see police activity moving around. it's creating a slowdown on the southbound side, too. everybody's over into the shoulder. 95 around woodhaven in both directions, a mess out there. there's a disabled vehicle on cheltenham at spring avenue. watch for that. east windsor township in new jersey, further north than i would like. and of course it's heading southbound. that's most of our viewers that wouldn't be coming from that direction. they're coming from up north jersey. right now, not somethi

police were investigating an incident on woodhaven road. the description of the car and suspects were similar to the second incident. however, by the time police arrived on scene, that victim had left. around 10:00 a.m., police stopped a white dodge charger along the 7,000 block of oxford avenue a mile away from the last scene. four men were arrested, but only two positively identified by the second group of victims. cell phone, cash, a handgun and rifle were recovered. at this hour, police are still trying to confirm whether the two incidents were related. they were able to track down the first victim, the man who left by the time police arrived. they are not sure whether or not they he will want to press charges. >>> jeanette reyes channel 6 "action news." >> we have more breaking news in south jersey where a fire broke out at a newly constructed housing area. it broke out on cottage gates road and spread causing a partial collapse you see right there. the fire was placed under control in 30 minutes. >>> help is trickling into puerto rico
