i grew up in new york city. i am a big new york city fan. i just think you guys are being too negative about new york. i would bet big on new york's resurgence. from what i hear from commercial real estate people, they say they see about a 20% reduction right now. they see prices being cut. the question is whether or not workers really want to come back? a lot of people prefer this lifestyle. but in terms of residential real estate, they say it is a hot markets. some prices are a little lower. people who now could not afford property are moving. they believe in new york. i believe nork is a center of finance, fashion, media. i just don't see why you would bet against new york. so far it's not going to be a light switch several angry people are going to come back there's an energy and creativity to the city. this mayor is done is the very best to squash that and make an environment where the most creative people in the world are not attracted to this place unfortunately. i do share your optimism. i think there's something about new york that
