maryland is getting just a glancing blow from this system. most of the precipitation north of us, pennsylvania, upstate new york, but as is often the case, we will get clipped with a few showers through central and western maryland later tonight. not enough to accumulate, not enough to create slick spots as you come toward the city. but this is really the mild system over the next few days. this is a frontal boundary pushing through with most of the moisture north of us, but our next system coming out of the south will bring more significant precipitation, could bring some icing as we go into early saturday. for now it's breezy. most of that precip is to the north. as we time things out it gets interesting. tonight a few passing flurries. dry through the early part of our friday. no problem through 6:00. things are looking good. watch what happen as would go to friday night. that snow. this is 2 a.m. saturday morning. this could be that southern maryland, washington, lower eastern shore, just rain only but we think baltimore and north baltimore and northwest and northeast toward cecil county could see that icy condition and up long the pennsylva
