by the time you wake up tomorrow, right around 43 degrees. but i've got good news. as we begin the month of november, a little warm-up. all that coming up. >> thanks mark. election has been about the race for the white house. there's a local issue that voters in lorain county will be asked about. it's issue 35. and if voted for, it could help support services to treat addiction. news 5's paul kiska live in avon. paul, you got a chance to look at this levy. what is it going to mean for taxpayers? >> reporter: well, it means that they could pay up to $42 a year. that's a year, if this were to battling drug and alcohol addiction say issue 35 would save lives. so far this year, 80 people have died in lorain county from drug related overdoses. now the lorain county alcohol and drug services agency is asking voters to support a levy that would allow the agency to hire more social workers and offer more programs. elaine george told me the agency is so busy, addicts are dying on waiting lists to get treatment. the agency estimates 20,000 people need help with dr county. the
