it >> it look like chunli zhao has a history of making threats, it turns out in 2013 chunli zhao had a roommate, they worked in a restaurant in cupertino. he lost his job and the roommate says that chunli zhao threatened him. he did not get his job back, he would kill him, is what was said. chunli zhao held a pillow over his face trying to suffocate him. the application for a restraining order says that mr. zhao came out and said he wants to work. if this cannot be done, this will be a bigger problem which will not be good or pleasant for everyone. this seemed to be a threat to me in the restaurant i worked at. he said, don't be a victim of this. he said he will use a knife to cut my head. a judge heard those words from his roommate and granted him a restraining order then also extended it a second time. that is the history here of chunli zhao, making threats associated with his work. kristen: are dan noyes learning about the suspect. we're learning more about the victims, including some of the names. marciano martinez was killed at concorde farms, josÉ perez was also killed. larry: p
