i (and im sure many others as well) have a lot of photos and videos that i want to upload in Archive.
however...
i do not want them to be allowed for downloading.

some things (not just photos) deserve to be archived but the same time locked.. a document for example could be free to read but the reader should need to copy the context in a txt/doc file or in a paper by hand if the uploader of the item wants the item to be the only one online and original...

i am asking for a option box that with a click on it , download will be off in that item (in my case photos and videos).

It may surprise you to know that once something is placed anywhere on the internet it will be copied in some form. If a photo can be seen it can be snipped, shotted or passed through a program which sole purpose is to extract the image.
Some forms of encryption may stop the casual viewer but overall, if you put it here, its everywhere.
