not solved yet or it currently for a period of time solved then got worse again. Just I click on the link ( the arrow-shaped ) my digital browser got irritated ( not responded ) after 1-2 minutes sometimes it starts or after many times of repeating the process. Most times as it is now, it never works. I tried many ways such as uninstalling and installing the program but no change or I erase the authorization and get it again, it also does not have a benefit.
The error is not with my connection to the internet but it is within the server of the internet archive.
