For starters, I don't see how someone finds an existing List. I have created one for an individual with many books and articles in Archive, but I don't see it when I search his name. (The list includes his name.) Relevant lists should be among the first things that appear since the point is to make a search more efficient. List makers are curators.
It should also be easier to add to a list. Instead of having to go directly to the item page, there should be something to click on the pop-up summary that allows the item to be added to a List. It would drastically cut the time and tedium associated with adding a large number of relevant items to a List.

'Lists' may be in an unfinished implementation phase. On your account I can see what might be your list with about 60 items. But using search in another window did not bring them up with anything suggesting 'List' was involved. Unfortunately the IA has recently been having functionality issues and their search stopped showing any results for the same query after a refresh.
Testing in what may be an IA "beta" phase with no possible feedback has historically been a non-value action.
