First thing. Which audio files can not be "played". You should 'copy' a link to one of those files and put it in a new forum posting. This will allow others to check the file. Sometimes it is the file type which is the problem.
It would also benefit you to download a type of multi-media player that can play many different types of files. I suggest the VLC player. I also suggest you do not trust random advice from unknown forum postings.
