I am a self-published author (and retain all rights to my work), and I am contemplating donating one or more of my older works to the Internet Archive.

However, I do _not_ want to give up all rights to my work. Instead, I would include a disclaimer on these lines:

"Internet Archive version. Not for sale or resale. Private or academic use only."

I am curious - have any other authors done something like this whom I could use as a model?
