i would argue we are doing that in some of what i've already described, working with the army and navy on management architecture, which we are doing. working particularly closely with the navy. for industry, they don't say i have to do a different way for the navy in a different way for the army and maybe completely differently for the marine corps. part of it is we are coalescing into a more common approach. there's work to be done in an implementation plan, what are these discrete investments? some of them we already know because there's money in the budget we asked congress for, congress always comes through when you give them a discrete, obvious challenge. when we can give them a very discreet thing, they are often very supportive of it. we will have to do more work to identify the additional one by one set of started to emerge. many of them in electronics, castings and forgings, bad batteries. a lot of these are somewhat known, so still work to be done but i think we also have to remember the bigger picture piece, which to me comes across in flexible acquisition i think that gets
