fema actually a little bit this feels like a good news story compared to last year, where we budgeted 230 odd million and got five or so, we feel we do have obligations in hand for about 117 and cash for something like 90 million. so this is actually like actionable information that we have, in the current year. so it's a big variance from shortfall. but it's, it's progress from, from a year before. so altogether, a slightly more than $100 million shortfall in these citywide tax revenues, shifting to departments, most departments again, are having a net surplus for the year, partly because they've been kind of a little bit they've been forced to because we have mid-year cuts included in these numbers. so that's reflecting what the mayor's office requested that they do last october to generate , a net surplus that could be used and spent in the next year, a couple of shortfalls happening in city planning, just, very persistently over the last few years since the pandemic that the planning department has had very, very low revenue, kind of tied to the lack of new development coming onli
