is fighting for her life tonight, more than a week after she was deliberately set on fire in northwest baltimore. >> somebody in the neighborhood shared with them that they witnessed two boys throwing stones and a brick at this indicate. after they did that they caught her, poured a liquid on her and set her on fire. she panicked and was rolling around and got the fire out. they picked her up again and set her on fire again. she showed up today in very bad shape. >> she was badly burned along her side and buttocks. >> reporter: this isn't the first time an animal has been set on fire. in may, an animal was burned so badly,ship , she had to be euthanized. six weeks ago, the city launched a task force focused on stopping animal abuse. since then, five cats have been tortured. four of them died. >> we believe we do have some witnesses for this crime. and really, the only way this problem can be stopped is if witnesses come forward. >> infections are a big concern for gabrielle. later this morning, she'll be transferred to recycle love where she'll be treated for her injuries. back to you. >> anyone
