it happened last night at 6:30 at murph's liquors on richie highway in brooklyn park. brian doukas was suspected in four robberies, the most recent at a pnc bank. when officers confronted doukas in the liquor store parking lot, police say the suspect tried to run over the officer twice. a surveillance photo from the bank led to police to doukas. authorities are still looking for the woman in that video. >>> governor martin o'malley has outlined $454 million in budget cuts that include 205 layoffs, cuts to state agencies, and $210 million in reduction to local governments. the state is also implementing a furlough plan to save an estimated $75 million. the proposed budget cuts go to the board of public works tomorrow morning. >>> and while michael jackson's death has now been ruled a homicide, there is still no criminal charges in the case. but many feel it is just a matter of time before jackson's doctor is charged. dr. conrad murray told investigators he administered a powerful mix of drugs to treat the pop star's insomnia hours before his death. authorities say the h
