but "in session's" jean casarez of our sister network trutv is all over this. >> misty croslin was in court today. she's been taken back to her jail cell now. this is so serious. misty croslin is facing eight different charges of drug trafficking. one is a 25-year mandatory minimum. but the real reason we all believe that police are so concerned about this case is that misty croslin was the last person to ever see little 5-year-old hailey cummings. it was undercover officers that in january videotaped alleged drug deals between misty croslin and ronald cummings. that's hailey's father. it's that video evidence that culminated in these felony counts but they are very serious. she remains behind bars. what we've learned from that hearing is that her attorney says that they are not yet ready for trial. so a pretrial hearing has now been scheduled for june. also, though, they have not waived their right to a speedy trial. it's very interesting, christi. what that means is there's got to be a trial. something's got to happen in a finite period of time. but the main thing i just learn from
