i spoke with millbrae police.say that redwood city police may have made an arrest on the man who was issuing fake speeding tickets. yesterday, around 1 p.m., a woman was pulling into this in- n-out burger in millbrae. she says a driver in a pickup truck with flashing lights tried to pull her over and issue her a speeding ticket. when she asked to see the ticket the man took off. a similar incident was recovered yesterday by a flight crew heading south on 101. they were running late and decided not to stop but they did report the incident to the authorities. pacifica police are also reporting a similar incident yesterday but they are not commenting citing an active investigation. now, the suspect is described as 5'6", clean-shaven, shaved head, he was driving a teal nissan frontier. as i said, there may have been an arrest. back to you. >> thank you, anser hassan. >>> san francisco supervisors may take action to clear the way for the new transbay terminal. demolition has begun on the old transit center but four pro
