now meteorologist mike nicco is in the weather center with more on the storm. is there more on the way, mike? >> there is. but it won't be like this morning. this morning we had a steady, heavy rain when the cold front came through. still breezes around 25 to 35. they'll be out of the northwest. you'll notice the temperature will drop as the afternoon unfolds and we'll have more showers than steady rain. santa clara valley you can cecil ver creek valley road, mckee road. that's are the areas seen with some of the left over showers. by far the cold front down to the south with the bulk of the rain moving south on hollister and salinas. let's turn our attention up to the north. the last three hours you can see the scattered showers developing. these will rotate towards us during the afternoon and evening hours. right now only hamilton 33 degrees but the snow level will drop by 4:00 to nearly 1,000 feet in the north bay. that's why you're under winter weather advisory and it will drop overnight in the east bay hills, santa cruz mountains. so showers do roll over yo
