pam cook is in the newsroom to tell us what happened. we're talking about stanford hospital. g administrators are apologizing to patients after completing an investigation into a major privacy breach. the personal information of 20,000 patients were posted on a public website, including people's names, billing information, and diagnoses. that information was apparently there for nearly a year unnoticed until about a week ago. stanford hospital says the information involves patients in the hospital's emergency room during a 6-month period this 2009. the good news is, we understand social security numbers and credit card numbers were not part of the information posted. the hospital is now offering the patients affected free identity protection services. there are concerns this morning about traffic and other problems near apple's proposed new headquarters. dozens of people were at the first hearing for the planned apple campus 2 last night, going to look like a spaceship. some are worried the new building will bring in too many cars to the neighborhood and interstate 280. a vote
