lauren demarco is previewing his speech live from capitol hill. >> good morning. this is possibly the biggest and best chance for president obama to outline these vision for a second term. he will address millions of tv viewers and a joint session of congress tonight at 9:00 p.m. in the state of the union address. let's talk about some of the recent polling numbers. there are mixed signals about whether voters are feeling better now compared to the last state of the union. last january, 37% of the public expressed satisfaction with how things were going in the country. that dropped to 24% in october. it is now back up 10 points to 34% in the latest fox poll. so we are still 65% not satisfied but that is up four points from this time last year. so something to take into account. now, spokesman jay carney did talk about what the president planned to speak about. the emphasis will be on the economy. we'll hear more about that coming up at 6 30. i can tell you again that the address will be tonight, 9:00 p.m. the president will deliver his state of the union focusing
