question is if you look at a longterm trend, are we really going to get cold and stay cold? are we really going to get any snow around here? at this point i don't see it. i just looked not long ago well into the future with the new stuff. we're talking 10 to 14 days out. it does not look like any big changes are expected any time soon to this weather pattern. if you like the cold stuff and snow, not your winter. you like it like this, apparently so far it's been your winter. 40 degrees now for the airport, relative humidity 70%, winds still breezy at about 14 miles per hour, 32 the wind chill factor out there. 34 for quantico the feels like temperature, in dulles feels like it's in the lower 30s, too. a little light rain to the north and west, sentinel radar showing that. parts of montgomery county about to get west and more rain farther out towards the mountains. we're still seeing a few showers across the bay. this was the initial little line of wintery mix to light rain that came through, but in terms of where we had the wintery mix do not expect any problems whatsoever.
