it is developing news. ktvu channel 2 news paul chambers tells us who is in custody and how he was found. >> reporter: within the hour i wrapped up an interview with edward ramos' attorney. his attorney said the time during the trial that edward ramos says he was not the gunman in the murders but this man was. 31-year-old wilfredo reyes. he was arrested this morning in north carolina. he is a known member of the ms- 13 gang and wanted for the murders of anthony bologna and his two sons. last month edward ramos was found guilty, however edward ramos' attorney feels that the timing of the arrest is suspicious and she is frustrated especially since she told them wilfredo reyes was in north carolina. >> they put off arresting this man because they knew there was a chance the truth would come out that edward ramos did not murdther bologna family. >> reporter: -- murder the bologna family. >> reporter: he said today i share this major development with the bologna family. we are one step closer to bringing this individ
