to discuss anticipated litigation as plaintiffs, how can anyone comment on whether or not it is appropriate to go into closed session when they know absolutely nothing proved litigation about what? against whom? for what purpose? is there not a single, salient point that would give some understanding to be members of the public? members of the public should have enough information in the agenda to enable them to address whether conducting this particular business beyond the view of the public...
