mainly standing water here along harrison street. crews are able to shut down water mains to make sure that the water doesn't continue to flow. but again, about seven customers are starting off without water. and look at video that was shot this morning, according to east bay, they got the call about 3:00 this morning about the break. water was gushing out at a good rate at the time. and crews were able to shut down what is described as a six- inch cast iron pipe. it's unclear how it broke this morning. crews were here this morning and they were able to shut off the water main but there's still water seeping through the street that we have noticed. east bay says she shut off the main about 3:32 this morning. only about seven customers are affected including a apartment complex and a tire shop. back out here live, this is the tire shop that is affect bid the water main break. they are bringing in another crew to cut through the concrete so they can get to the pipe. and they say that the water main is expected to be fixed sometimes lat
