the first study was the sf loma study and this was very useful information it was the first study and focused in our area. it was useful but i want to point out that the data don't alien with san francisco their study area include san francisco and south san francisco and other areas. their controls are different in those jurisdictions. ted from the controller's office is working on a formula rail based on aggravated data. those studies will include an informational point. we anticipate that study to be released in the coming weeks and we understand that san francisco retail brokers have given us a survey study including the existing studies as well as vacancies and we look forward to the release of that data as today and we role look forward to incorporating that into our analysis. then there's our study based on dunn and brad street data. i want to say that no data set is a perfect but we're encouraged the basic results using the different data sets actually line up so far. we and ted and the realtors have come up with the same percentage of formula retail as a total percentage and

what happens with regard to san francisco loma we're not stuck with the performance standards for the immediate occupancy and the life safety for the dbi they've talked about they've moved to a different profile and it's under those circumstances not mandatory that you use life safety for a particular hazard and it depended on on the unique characteristics of the city. this is my greatest crimp it's not restricted to facilities that have 5 thousand people the code says a classification can be used in moving other structures represent a stubble hazard i'm sorry. i'll repeat it 3 class buildings can include those were they represent a substantial hazard to human life in the case of human failure in other words, the 5 thousand people the 4 hundred people it's not mandatory those are examples. what do we have here we have a 42 floor structure with a culture heritage element it is a miniature delay on the ground floor and a room is invited in to look at things that's like a museum and important importantly there are outdoor facilities that can handle more people it's right next to the pg&e

i went to grant on, and mira loma and graduated from the high school. my experience was in the math system that was very tracked. what it meant it was classes that i was in, they were really racially segregated. the app classes were almost 100 percent asian and white. now not so much. that was when i was a student and now as a teacher in high school i see that repercussions of that kind of tracking. i see students at lower level and they are in the regular classes and not honor levels, they are considered unable and not able to perform at this level of math. what i see with these students, my african american and latino students that they are extremely capable despite the label of honors and not honors. they have already been labeled and don't try harder. for me the higher track didn't benefit me in college in the end. what they didn't want was speed. they wanted me to think critically and think deeply. i think we should focus on that and not how to accelerate, but the knowledge as opposed to going faster through the curriculum. >> my name is michael br
