i don't think it's wise to expand into additional categories making formulate retail including a lot of things that are not considered formula retail as with banks they're all formula retail so to make them go through hoops there's not a competitor here. it's disserves those places where there's no final constitution you walk along mission street or ocean or geneva there's very few banks or inspections in those areas we want to encourage them so to make them it does a disservice by making it harder for financial institutions to go in there. the level i think in your report you said that only 9 percent of formula retail were by category i guess under 50 stores and then 75 percent had of the formula retail over 50. then there's i guess there was a separate category for franchises i'm not sure how that read it sound like a dividing line 11 or 12 for our locally growing first name is if their successful at all at the rapidly surpass that so the bar a has to be higher but it makes senses. and then i'm hearing that you know the consideration of companies that might be international and not
