ktvu's david stevenson is there where you just learned of something police found in their search of the building. >> just 10 minutes ago we gained new information about the investigation. police tell us they have found evidence of a bullet fragment in the second floor of the medical building. that is a different situation than what was going on. it began at 1:30 p.m. at this building that houses 40 different medical offices. police responded after a doctor reported an encounter with a man with a gun. he fled and then heard a gun shot. that prompted a lock down. police began evacuation after 2:00 p.m. escorting them out to shuttle buses. law enforcement wept floor to floor but an hour ago they indicated they hadn't found the suspect whom the doctor described as an asian male in his 60s. police said there was no evidence of a gun shot but they just told us they found the evidence. a quote from a police lieutenant said it is possible this person was aiming at the doctor who called police. he tells us the doctor did not immediately recognize the suspect in the case. the police have opened u
