morning, we are looking at the commute and traffic will be affected by a new crash in san jose at tully road and the crash is blocking one lane, northbound 101 and there is a minor injury and they will clear the road but traffic is quickly backing up on tully road. we are also looking at gerard boulevard at berritt avenue and it is a little bit confusing because this has been named and at one point it was gerard and if you know where it is, they still have the signal lights up and look around and treat it is a stop sign and it looks like it is getting a little more crowded nothing just yet and we will have an update from the scene. these metering lights went on early this morning and the traffic is backed up for at least a 20 minute delay at the toll plaza and we are looking at a 25 manipulate drive time which opens in san francisco, let's go back to the desk. >>> we have been following a chaotic scene after an accident in richmond. one woman died which triggered a power outage as well. and here is more on what led to this crash. >> richmond police, they say the young woman who died was
