three do you see that yellow, orange along eastern shore of maryland all lifting northward in chester county, lancaster county and i'm tracking this patch right here. it doesn't look like much north of wilmington but packing a bunch. as we zoom in it is ranging from the the southern part of the delaware county extending into chester county and right here if we do a track moving north at 20 miles an hour you'll see exactly where this will be. it is moving in a fairly good pace. it will be in east whiteland by 5:33 and phoenixville by 5:52. upper providence by 6:01 and lower pottsgrove by 6:18. rain rates on this are about a quarter inch to a half inch an hour. not torrential but heavy rain slowing you down. flash flood watch continues, for pockets of heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, rain rates could exceed an inch an hour and some locations. we are keeping an eye on ponding on roads, our streams and creeks right through late night hours. we will continue to track those storms and have more with the seven day forecast. but for now back to you, jessica. >>> a manhunt is underway in phoen
