i want to ask you, did president obama miscalculate's america's reaction to the swap, and how much ofas america's reaction when the president and military leaders planned the swap? >> well i think they did misunderstand the kind of revulsion to use charles's word that the american people would have to the idea of freeing those taliban prisoners from guantanamo but i think it's not the case that they were totally out of touch with american public opinion. our latest fox news opinion poll shows that the american public is split on this deal to bring him, bring bergdahl back to the country. what you have is most republicans, i think 2/3 of republicans opposed to deal at the moment, 2/3 of democrats in support. but even charles, as he put it is reluctantly in support of the deal because it does bring an american soldier back home, even if we have some great questions about that soldier's behavior. arthel: while you're talking, juan, we're taking a look there at the split screen with president obama and putin. as you heard just alert that they had a brief meeting, 10 to 15-minute face-to-f

president obama is considering air strikes, which would essentially reengage america in a war he declared over in 2011. want to bring in amon dean. as we compare this to the iraqi armed forces to the hundreds of militant insurgents, it's a big difference. >> absolutely. that's what's catching a lot of people by surprise. you have this iraqi army trained by americans that have melted away. going forward there's going to be a two-pronged approach. the government needs to get its act together. the prime minister needs to try to form an inclusive government. that's one that does not alienate the population, which is where a lot of the recruits are coming from. but there has to be a solid military response to stop the offensive by the militants from going any further into some of these popular cities including baghdad. so it has to be a two-pronged approach and it starts with the prime minister trying to put together an inclusive government, not just a shiite-led one. >> explain to those watching, we know the american forces and the money we have invested in training iraqi forces for these people that are puttin

obama would have lost to mitt romney. you could talk about organizing for america all you want, you leave the union folk home and leave the folks not going door to door and boots on the ground gone and leave that social networking out, obama loses. after citizens united, republicans got the money, but democrats have the people power and this is what's being attacked here. they are trying to put the last nail in the coffin. in recent years, we've seen an assault on unions an organization, from scott walker as radical anti-union law to right to work states across the country. it is real and coordinated by big money republicans in special interests. it's your voice, folks. 24 states have now passed right to work legislation. tell me how that helps workers it doesn't. these states don't require public sector union workers to pay dues. the court made the big step towards nationalizing, right to work legislation today. the ripple effect from this decision will be felt for years to come. it could kriple unions politically and will impact every american worker. now, in this particular case, it's the home care workers in illinois.
