stphrr wel >> reporter: well, eun, you can see police tape blocks this off. the block now a crime scene. police are looking for a person who stabbed a man to death here. they don't have a lot to go on. they are asking for the public's help. witnesses in the area to please come forward. the victim was found just after 7:00 in 1400 block of perry place. they believe the victim was walking down the street when he was stand. they have no motive. there is no lookout information on a suspect. this stabbing comes just weeks after another deadly stabbing that happened just a block from here. now, that happened october 3rd right around 5:30 at night. so broad daylight. 35-year-old kenneth young was stabbed in the 3400 block of 14th street, just south of this location. no motive in that case either. no arrests that we're aware of as well. police have not connected the two crimes. certainly a disturbing situation for people who live in this area. two deadly stabbings in a matter of weeks. >>> four minutes after 5:00. d.c. police want you to get a good look of this armed
