in terms of michigan with people, a huge success is healthy michigan. it launched last april. it's our version of medicaid expansion done right, involving wellness and personal responsibility. we now have over 500,000 michiganders participating in the program in just that number of months. in terms of what it means to their lives we have seen over 350,000 primary care visits now taking place. those are big numbers but the important part is, is now we are helping real life people move from being uninsured in the er and move to a preventative care environment where they have a medical home and it is something that will improve the quality of their life and save us all money. and i want to give a shout out to someone, a key mover in making it happen, he was in the house at the time, but i want to give a shout out to senator mike shirkey. just some light snow moving through michigan. some of this snow will be arriving in our area this evening. just light snow. a dusting in some areas to an inch of snow farther to the north and west. by 7:00 this evening, it will be falling and accumulating. 9:00 this evening, light snowfall leaves about a half an inch in the philadelphia area. maybe an inch for the lehigh valley. and a little bit more in the poconos where they could see an inch and a half in some of the higher elevations there. during the day, a flurry or two is possible this afternoon, especially north and west. as the day goes on and the temperatures, 30s this afternoon. the snow clears out for tomorrow morning. the temperatures start coming down. and the wind picks up behind that snow. a gusty wind will blow even colder air for the weekend. saturday, eight degrees in the morning, just 26 in the afternoon. clouds increase sunday. a chance of snow comes through sunday evening and into monday. and then it's cold again for tuesday, down to nine degrees. >>> it is 4
