jan, good morning. >> reporter: erika ukee, good morning. that's right lincoln drive has reopened, did so right around 4:00 this morning. police had said they wanted to get the road reopened before the morning rush. they have sends done that. city trucks were just out here putting down yet another layer of salt in hopes that this fixes this icing problem in this area once and for all. if you take a look at the video being you can get better look at the conditions down there, just short time ago. a lot of water a lot of ice those conditions at this location have been problematic since yesterday. road crews had to close lincoln drive last evening due to ice. police say the sure couldn't handle the run trough yesterday's snow rain, so water back up on to the road. lincoln drive did reopen for a short period last night but closed again after ice once again formed. with the temperatures so cold this morning, any water still standing causes this problem yesterday on sproles road radnor township a man was killed when wind and ice pulled a tree down
