you mentioned your recent travel to northern africa.now the national guard has a special relationship with folks there in morocco. can you talk to the value of such relationships and what is going on there and what you learned while you were there? guest: that is a great question and a great example of where u.s. involvement can have a positive effect and it brings peace and stability to the region, or to a nation looking to us for help. the state department said of the special partnerships between various states, national guards, and these nations that could use their training or their leadership or their input, the utah national guard teamed with morocco, it was asked in my brother-in-law at the time who was involved with instituting that. general burton is carrying that forward now. we have had an enormously positive impact with the military and be on the military as well. we have been able to train f-16 pilots. i think they're having something like 35 joint exercises or activities together this year. we have really made a difference
