swick is also being questioned about this incident at the webster county courthouse this weekend. the dust coating the inside of the courthouse is from chemicals sprayed from several fire extinguishers. the damage forced the county to close the courthouse this week for cleaning. grain bins can be dangerous and today another farm worker lost his life in one near the town of murray in clarke county. eric reasland was trying to break up a "crust" that had formed on the top of the corn in this grain bin. when the crust cracked... reasland was sucked in. rescuers drilled holes in the side of the bin in an effort to save reasland... but he was pronounced dead at the hospital. three people escaped with only minor injuries in a head-on crash this evening... it happened around six o'clock along army post road and highway five. police arent's sure what caused the crash.. but say speed was not a factor. police say a three year old passenger was taken to the hospital to be a quick-thinking police officer in nebraska helped prevent a similar accident. in this dash camera video you can see the
