julie: valentine's day and chocolate go hand in hand, so if you are going to indulge we will show you a few healthier options. what we are going to make this morning as a dark chocolate almond cherry cluster. a super easy recipe. we are just going to melt 60% dark chocolate chips. it is nice if you can get that dark chocolate in. not that in the microwave for about a minute, stir it every 20 seconds. then what we are going to do is heat up some all men's in the almonds at about 375. it is going to toast them and bring out the natural flavor, also, very heart healthy. alyx: you could pick a different not, but the almond is the best. julie: they go great with dark chocolate. what we are using today is about a cup of tart cherries. we are just going to chop these coarsely, and we get these from the bulk been. it is about a cup and a half of all men's to a cup of cherry -- of almonds to a cup of cherries. our cherries, as i mentioned, will be very high in antho if you are doing something concentrated like dark cherry juice, it is even better for the inflammation. alyx: you can see how thi
